Greenpeace is a non-profit organisation which aims to defend the natural world and promote peace by confronting environmental issues and promoting sustainable solutions. One of their key activities concerns campaigning against climate change, and Greenpeace wanted to understand the public views on air quality and pollution in London in the run-up to the Mayoral Election in May 2016.
We were commissioned to conduct an online survey of 1,000 London residents. The survey revealed that the majority of Londoners are considerably concerned about air pollution, and that they see the Mayor of London as responsible for solving the issue. The timing of the research was key to Greenpeace’s activities. We were able to quickly produce the analysis of the research in just two weeks, allowing Greenpeace to use the findings of the research in their campaign strategy at a crucial period before the election.
