In 2011, The National Union of Students (NUS) went through a period of intense change, developing a new organisational strategy and establishing a new group structure. nfpSynergy was commissionedin partnership with brand agency Spencer DuBois to complete research and consultation about the re-brand with a variety stakeholders. It was exciting for nfpSynergy to be able to engage with NUS’s democratic structure, engaging stakeholders at every level from students, activists groups, MPs and key sector bodies such as Universities UK. The research helped inform the NUS’s new brand, positioning, and core messages, with a successful launch in 2011.
