Bijal Rama

Senior Researcher

Bijal joined nfpSynergy as a Research Assistant in January 2014. She now leads on our tracking research in Ireland (ICEM) and assists with the Charity Awareness Monitor and our research with Families. Bijal also works on bespoke and social investment reports. These have included donor segmentations and researching recent trends in volunteering. She has also been exploring new ways to present our data.

Bijal graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2013 with a degree in Geography. While studying, she spent six months as a Fundraising and Marketing Intern for Friends of the Earth Scotland and has also been volunteering as a Girl Guide Leader for the last five years. She was also part of Advocate, a Girlguiding youth panel which discussed the issues girls care about and campaigns for change.

In her spare time, Bijal enjoys painting, swimming and camping. She is also currently failing at teaching herself to play the guitar.

Jenny joined nfpSynergy in April 2018. She supports the Public Audiences team, working on a range of public audience research monitors, including the Charity Awareness Monitor and Brand Attributes.

Jo joined nfpSynergy in September 2012 and overseas all our general public audience research including nfpSynergy’s Charity Awareness Monitor. Alongside this she works on a wide range qualitative and quantitative bespoke projects for clients, with a particular focus on impact evaluation and research with service users.

Joe Saxton is Driver of Ideas at nfpSynergy and its founder. Joe works on a range of specific projects, especially those that look at strategic advice on fundraising or communications, or wider organisational issues.

Peter joined nfpSynergy in June 2018 and supports the work undertaken by the Public Audiences team assisting on the production and delivery of the Charity Awareness Monitor.
Rei Kanemura

Rei Kanemura Senior Researcher

Rei joined nfpSynergy in July 2015. She provides research and administrative support to the Projects Team, helping with the design and analysis of bespoke projects for our clients.
