The Transparency of Lobbying, Non-party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act has been met with fierce opposition since it became law in 2014. Over three years down the line and in the wake of the snap general election, we're reflecting on how (un)successful it has been in its aims to improve transparency and public trust in politics.
